horseface is surprised by the news so my guess is the grandmother has finally kicked the bucket maybe? somethin like that has to happen for horsey to enter into guilt mode which will then unlock his suppressed romantic feelings for dan. gotta be something big since season one ends with next chapter. i also think that actor will now resurface. maybe dan is gonna work for him. its also possible dan hasnt left the team but will move to the actor's home. with horsey maybe starting to develop feelings for dan next season, actor's purpose is to amplify that by making him jealous and threatened
