This manga was okay. The beginning was cuter and more creative even if it felt like there wasnt a lot going on. The second half felt like it was full of jealousy and misunderstanding plotlines, which aren't my favorite so I wasnt able to get into it. Tsuruga having a crush on the mc is kind of pointless. It's not like they couldn't still have the jealousy plot line there and it would've been nice to see a story that didnt follow the cliche. I do like that he's a good friend though. There's nothing surprising in this, but I can see why people view it as cute and comforting.
Yeah, this is one I never finished. I stopped before the main love interest even appeared because I disliked that the romance all hinged on the love interests believing this main character was in great pain while overcoming it. That just felt off... the reason they fell in love was because of a lie (not saying it was on purpose by the main character). One of the most ironic things about this manhwa is how much the main character criticizes the original heroine for being oblivious in the face of the other characters love and care. She kind of shares that same characteristic.
Its always funny to see Sejin and Moondae on the same wavelength even though their exteriors and responses are so different. In terms of the teams, yeah... how much screentime and how far a trainee goes is usually based on which teams they end up on. Can't wait to see Moondae interact more with the others!

Most accurate portrayal of idol fandom culture and survival shows I've ever seen and that's even with the other idol webnovels. This is seen as THE idol webnovel in Korea so it's great that it was finally adapted. The narration, overdramatic reactions, forced storylines, forced product placements, and even the cutesy fanaccounts that assign animals to their selected member and gush over them is all there. The author's been asked if they've worked as part of management but they said they wanted to keep that a mystery as the focus should be on the story. Tbh, they know a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if they were one or if they worked as a fansite or were a super fan. I like that when they promoted the webtoon on twitter, they treated it like a kpop group debuting which was funny and unique. I love all the characters and they all have interesting personalities. I think Moondae stands out in the sense that he's logical and analytical in an industry that usually has more enthisiatic and passionate character types. It was so fun seeing him trying to determine what his image would be in the broadcast. The pacing is really good and you can see Moondae become more invested in his performances on a personal level. The artist did a great job and they were accurate (even w/ the fans fanart being chibis lol). The moment when Ha Iljoon hugged Moondae was so sweet and gave me tons of flashbacks to a lot of earnest and hardworking trainees who were eliminated during their time on a show. I hope they're doing well. This is definitely an amazing manhwa and I can't wait until the rest of the novel is adapted and Moondae bonds with the characters more.
Hmmm.... this is one of those I have kind of mixed feelings about. The concepts interesting but I haven't really gotten attached to any of the characters. It feels a bit slow at times. I think the art is nice and fits the story well. I do think the characters and their personalities are refreshing considering the setting is a fantasy world so I can understand why people like it. Its also nice that it does have stuff outside of the romance. The translations are odd so it really takes me out of the manga sometimes. Maybe I'll check out the novel and it'll be different.
I liked it, I thought it was cute and funny. There's not a lot of tension, but I don't think there's really supposed to be. I like that the main character is like a grown adult babysitting some of the other students at times. The other professors are interesting and I think their relationship with the mc is funny. I'll definitely continue reading.
Hmmmm... it reminds me more of solo leveling than orv. Pure power fantasy with good art. His nickname made cringe the first time actually though and there's no way other people wouldn't have either. I like that the brothers taller than him. That was cute and I like that theres a lot of scenes devoted to their sibling relationship. I thought the 3rd round with them chasing after the representative made like no sense. There's almost no benefits and you could've spent time on monsters instead. Like there was no reason for it to be coveted at all because the next rep would just be chased by other players again. Mc sorted as a nice guy by others was kind of weird because it only took like one sentence from him for that to happen even though he hasn't really helped people all that much. I like that the Mc isn't perpetually stoic too. I'll keep reading probably.
