Beom Ran is so so endearing. He's literally one of the cutest and funniest characters I've ever seen in a manhwa. He and Walnut steal the show every time for me. Does anyone have a recommendation for a manhwa with a similar character/dynamic?

That was fun. Messy but fun. Usually don't like misunderstandings but the drama was entertaining lol.

For anyone interested, this manga has a live action adaptation with six episodes. There's no official subs, but a fan group has translated them.

The mc is sooo cute to me, both in terms of personality and looks. He reminds me of a Persian cat (smushed face and all lol). I actually like the art a lot. Along with the use of names, I'm intrigued about where it'll go, especially since the main lead is manipulative and its probably going to take a while for him to tell the mc anything. Hopefully, he confesses it soon but I'll keep reading for mc anyway.

Wouldn't be surprised if some (the most cowardly) of them made up which career they had so they would receive more protection. Didn't they literally ask for a doctor to check the first person they saw who was infected but instead had to rely on the vet? They talked about the vet being important, why wouldn't they say anything before?

I actually like that it took them time to develop feelings for eachother. There's not many bl manhwas who take their time like this and I'm glad this was one of them. Their misunderstandings were a good source of comedy too so it was much less frustrating. Idk, I think they're so cute and I also find it refreshing that mc actually has to think about where he wants the relationship to go. It gives him more agency compared to other mcs. The ml also has a strong (and cute!) personality. They have good chemistry when they're together (both as friends and romantic partners).

Just so yall know there's no official music for this manhwa. Any YouTube videos titled that way are fanmade, either through ai generation or a playlist put together of other groups songs. There's a lot of ai music being passed off as official when that's not the case (just look at the description, it'll say how the music was made).

Anyone have a manhwa similar in terms of romance dynamics? The male lead actually has a personality here and they have good chemistry.

I'm only on chapter 4 but the art is legitimately stunning. The clothing is beautifully drawn and the colors used suit the work well. The art style just stands out so much next to other manhwas.

No offense, but that's the most npc plan ever and its kind of forced. If they're already struggling to survive, there's no way their first thought would be to expend more energy like what

This is such a good romance manhwa just in general. Their relationship is one of the sweetest and it really feels like they've grown. The development in this is just too good and a big reason is definitely the pacing. It takes its time to build and even if it's more slice of life at times, the chapters feel meaningful in painting the relationship between these two characters.

Really like the art, especially when it comes to flashbacks and the scenes focused on nature. There's just something so nostalgic and tender about them. A big part of this manhwa is Abels little stories so they really nailed it. Abel is just so adorable too! It's not about his looks, his entire character is so endearing and the way he gets swept away by kindness is sweet.

The reversal there was interesting! Hilda being seen in the cold and dark way that Adrian was in the initial chapters. This manhwa is really a break from the monotonous isekai manhwas going around (or the "villainous"mcs). Appreciate this manhwa for actually bringing something new to the table and not being afraid to make their characters obsessive and imperfect in ways that actually matter to the plot and their development.

When he says brother, he actually means hyung (usually used by males to address older males if they're close). Not sure why they would keep the word "brother" in when it's a different meaning. Now people are misunderstanding lol. Korean honorifics give insight into relationships so I like when they're kept instead of taken away when translated in english.

Lmaoooo not surprising, they knew everyone would be mad otherwise if they didnt get multiple endings. Like the way that spoiler tanked its ratings on this site before it was even confirmed (def believe the rating would be higher if it didnt). Anyways, this is definitely the easiest way to make everyone happier. If they wanted people to be satisfied with the initial ending with the female character then they shouldn't have made it the main appeal (should've tried something like My Next Life As a Villainess which had both male and female love interests).

Feel like the manhwa hit a huge standstill with the variety show arc and then didn't regain that momentum. Now, Daejuns arrived which is intriguing but it would've been nice to have clearer progression (even if in small increments). I have mixed feelings about this manhwa because I like the concept but the pacing is off for me personally (admittedly I'm also picky about idol depictions in manhwa tbh). Maybe rereading it will help? It's one of the few bl manhwas to care about the non romance plot which is a plus for me. I still love the art too! I've kept up with this manhwa since the first chapter came out (now its on 100 after a few years) so I'll still tune in.

Lmaoooo I can't lie, I was giggling throughout this entire chapter. Glad the author made the mc address how the ml has no trust in his feelings for him. The friend arriving there was the cherry on top for the upcoming mess. The fact that the mc didn't back down was chefs kiss. It's not the best manhwa but it provides the relative entertainment that a soap opera does which is good enough for me lol.

Everyone fighting in the comments I think the narrative was okay, I think the art carries it for me though (the artist utilizes expressions masterfully and knows how to show not tell). I think it's also interesting to have a character like ruby that has so much inner conflict but isn't able to express that outwardly. That's where most of the story went into so I see why some people think it's slow. I do find it funny some people criticizing this story also like other otome isekai that lowkey have the same problems (eg the trauma porn critique). I don't think this is the best manhwa, but it's emotional parts hit where it's supposed to. Of course, I agree with people critiquing the colorism as well.
