I was so excited after the frenzy of activity over the previous 2 chapters. It was really building to an amazing climax, and it really did fizzle... and that's kind of tragic. Such a great story shouldn't be left like this. I really hope that Saburo Uta will consider revisiting the ending to make it flow a little better. Never the less, I still absolutely adored the series.
On a another note, I'm really happy that there will be a spin-off. I've thought that there was a lot of potential for one, so I'm glad to see it happen, and I sincerely hope that Yuzu and Mei feature as characters in it so we can see them continue to grow along with whoever our new main characters end up being. (I'm hoping for Matsuri and Nene, but there are several other good options!)

(SPOILERS! BE WARNED!!!)
When I thought that Mel was comatose and that HER heart was going to an unknowing Lynn... Fuck me, I just couldn't handle it... and of course my wife is out of town so I had nobody but my puppies to sob to...
For reference, I'm a 34y/o hetero cis-male, and usually fairly stoic, but just wow... that broke me for a bit. I don't think I could have done it if I were waiting update to update. Anywho, this was fantastic, and I'm so glad it had a happy ending!

This has bothered me multiple times now... This is the SECOND time someone has attempted to MURDER Kyoko, and while the first one was possibly just spur of the moment (being pushed down the stairs), this one was fully thought out and fully caught on video. Instead of extracting a vow that she'll never work in showbiz again, how about PRISON? She's an attempted murderer, and this ISN'T the first time. I love this manga, but seriously, the author is just an idiot sometimes with these insane contrived nonsense situations.
There are a lot of stories/manga/webtoons that start off good but come up with stupid BS to continue driving the plot. It shows that the author didn't think far enough ahead, so uses a weak plot device instead, and it annoys the f*** out of me. Solo Leveling consistently rises above that. Just a really great story, and it's only getting better!
