I only got to ch 6, and maybe it's just me, but I'm a bit confused about the story. Maybe the translations don't make sense, but it seems like the story is moving a bit fast or that things are being left out of the plot. Idk, it might just be me. But for something with a 9.6 rating, I was expecting it to be a lot better.

Really liked this so much at first, but the more it went the more unrealistic and uneccessary so much of the drama seemed to be. Also, I'm confused about a few things. Why did Hajin go after Dokyung so hard in the beginning if he didn't even like him? He was technically dating Jaehyuk at the time, and he denied it later in the story when Dokyung asked him if he was dating him, so that was weird too. Like the thought of being lovers was crazy, even though they were going out?? The way he pursued Dokyung made it seem like he really liked him. Also, they baby Hajin WAYYY too much. Like damn, I know he went through a lot of trauma but at some point he needs to grow up and take responsibility, also if he was in such a toxic relationship why didn't his parents step in? It seems like they didn't even know what was going on between Hajin and Jaehuyk, even though Taehyun was reporting everything back to the mother? Another question I have is does Hajin even know Taehyun is his uncle? That was never made clear I don't think. Also, when Taehyun and Dokyung went to meet Jeahyuk, how much Tae didn't intervene when he was getting the shit beat out of him? He has really good hearing so he obviously would have heard even if he was waiting a distance away.
I really did like it, but there were some things that were a bit confusing that really bothered me.
Possible Spoiler ahead...
It makes me sad to think that in the original story when she was left in the prison room by her father, he was probably planning on breaking her out of there. If the prince is his student, then he probably went in there to save her, but had to make it look as if he was there to torture her or something. But she misunderstood and chose to kill herself. Since her father loves her so much, he was probably devastated and distraught to learn that she killed herself.
I get the misunderstandings is part of the story, but I can't wait until they're able to have an actual conversation and she learns just how much her father really cares.
