I think Doha is trying to throw off Bada and Yong-taek. Maybe he already went to the abandoned mine once before the other two which is why his clothes are dirty? Because even Yong-taek was having doubts about how Doha clinbed that look-out tower as if he's been here before.
Also, the new tape which looks like Yong-taek's with a different color could very well be a fake that Doha planted. Or maybe he's planning to get info out of Seongchan by himself and get more info on Bada's past and game mechanism before all the other players get to it so he can 'control the narrative' to some extent?
And I'm just taking a shot in the dark but Hyungshin and Jaeseob have never been considered as players at all. What's up with that. Are they truly just npcs or do they also have something to add to this plot? And since Hyungshin has already been shown to have an unstable memory when he awakened as a player it's only really Jaeseob we don't know practically anything about as a player. I would love to see more of him at some point.
