I believe what Naeyoung is suffering from isn't Mysophobia, but rather Haphephobia - cause he usually flinches at human touch specifically, the rest everything (e.g. his patients) is fine for him. Naeyoung claiming that it's mysophobia a few chapters ago is just him trying to throw Jin off his case (probably).
