I'm feeling a bit torn. I really enjoy all of the progress they've made and the really good dynamic they've developed. But it makes it all the more frustrating when an issue arises that could be solved with a simple conversation.
"Hey, you don't have to tell me what you've been talking about, but I'm feeling down and a bit insecure because I'm afraid of losing you."
"I'm sorry you're feeling down; I can't tell you what's going on because its his private problem. What can I do to reassure you?"
I'm not opposed to communication issues in stories! I just felt like they had already progressed past them in the previous storyline. Hoping this is just a small bump rather than a mountain to overcome.
I just love her. I love her open nature, her deadpan reactions, her quiet support and encouragement, and her genuine efforts in being good at her job. I'm always sad when female characters are introduced simply as a foil to the relationship or are just plain stupid/evil/undeveloped. Sooo refreshing!
