I don't know if u guys ever just noticed this. I've consumed a lot of bl for years now
But it seems that I keep encountering people this way whenever a certain couple doesn't fit the stereotypical seme and uke role.
There's always comments of people asking to switch whenever couples like Dongchan and Jiwoo do it. Tops who are shorter. Tops who are way prettier. Tops who don't act in a certain domineering way. Just an observation I find.
And then you'll go to the other side with ur usual bigger buffer alpha top, smaller uwu twink bottom, and I won't see people advocating for them to switch. Well, not as many as the one I mentioned earlier. (There are still a group of people who do want it).
But I do agree on the sentiment that there should be more switch couples in bl since it's the most realistic. But can we at least get more shorter top representation? Is that hard to ask?
Anyways preference is preference. In the end of the day. It doesn't really matter (for me)
Literallyyy, I always wish for switching in general but when I see it particularly being asked for when the couple aren’t the usual standard it irritates me, the other day I was reading love for sale on another site with comments under each chapter, and it was all fine and no comments under all the chapters at first when the bottom was dependent on the top and anxious and insecure etc while top was all collected and in control, but suddenly when bottom became independent confident self assured and the top started showing feelings and being blushy and bottom started initiating things and getting on top, all the comments were hoping to see them switch now
Bro you're so real for this, just putting it out there that most of the ppl telling them to switch r the same ones who get mad in comments whenever ppl ask the top from Gig of the day to bottom like bffr
