Miho is a childhood friend that went in a different country. He appeared in the appearance of Dongha to which all of them were happy coz ya know Dongha is gone. The drastic changes in behavior is noticeable hence after some chapter - Juwon will throw Miho away coz he knows he's not Dongha.
Anyways, back to Dongha's house - Ajussi will convince Dongha to come back eme eme.

AFAIK, there is a minimum number of subscribers/view that an author must get so they can get paid so there is a point in reading it legally.
