honestly the drama in this was brief and quick and was actually cute but considering this is from shounen jump, jump editors might have wanted to see a 'drama' part on an arc like the hometown since we were waiting for it and it's been teased a lot since early chapters.

I really respect the author for not perpetuating the abusive relationship trope. I was really scared that Chiwoo would just keep forgiving Jihyun and putting up with the abuse. Also like how Chiwoo's trauma was addressed. It sucks how rarely rape is addressed in yaoi, let alone actually condoned
