Actually, the flashback is for you to understand why he's acted that way. Ain't it funny and pathetic how you judged him. How you you call him an ass, douchbag and what not. These are the things that you need to read for you to understand the present behaviour. If you don't get this then I rest my case. As for me. If Jiwon is already thinking things and realizing what's going on, this is an indication that slowly the ice he built around him is melting. His resolve is somehow breaking. The past doesn't excuse him being an asshole in the present. The only way for him to grow and be happy is to realize what huge of an asshole he is and swallow his pride and go apologize to Dong Gyun,(without trying to get in his pants). They don't need to end up together but at least they will both learn something from it and maybe find happiness somewhere else, knowing what NOT to do.
I didn't say that it's excused him for being an asshole. What I said is for us to understand why he's now acting like an asshole. For sure he ain't like that when he was younger. He's an outcast within his family. No matter what he did, it's never enough. No matter what he do, he is not good enough like his bro. And the guy he fell in love with is adding to the dark feelings he already has inside.
And the story is about him And DG. This is for us to know how they end up together. Surely, DG has to work on that. The person he fell in love is not perfect, he is wearing a mask to cover who he really is and what he really feels but DG will be the one to uncover it and get what's best in Jiwon. He will be the one to remove the mask for Jiwon to show what's really inside his heart he just have to endure but in the end both them will be happy together.
We have our own understanding. So,if you think otherwise then so be it. I hope you will be sated in the end as I am very satisfied as to how the story goes so far. Ciao

it's alright, sorry if I came off as harsh. I guess you're right but, the current part of the story is just as important as the ending. There are things that even when justified are completely unrealistic to happen, there are characters that were too superficial to give any meaning to the story. But we'll see, though I don't have high hopes for a yaoi manga anyway, a lot of the authors do it just for the smut.
I literally cried when I read the last chapter. Looking forward for the family reunion. Dojin and byul for missing the mommy.. I think, dojin's family will be delighted the moment they've found out about hyesung and byul. I am so touched when DOjin decided not to tell the family first about the child because he doesn't want his family to think the mommy neglected them.

It's just like this because each chaps specially the recent ones give you a roller coaster ride. It didn't happen the things you wish or expected to happen. Everytime a chapter is released, everyone is going crazy when you don't have any idea yet what to come next.

It's fine if you think differently or that things will play out differently, but reading from chapter 1 to now straight through isn't guaranteed to change anyone's perception. People have different theories of what's going on and what will happen. That doesn't make it invalid, it's just the way it is
