I'm glad everyone agrees that they didn't really like this, I went in thinking it would end alright, or at least that I'd get to see Ryu fucked ONCE, but nope. There are so many times in this that he deserved, or that I genuinely thought he was going to be, elbowed or punched or otherwise decked in the face, but also no.
Its a shame, he's so cute too. I wanted to see more of his cute shy face! But bruh had to be in the wrong the whole time and be framed as in the right
There IS a chapter 7, and its actually been out for like a month, the translators are just slacking lol and they're the only ones that are doing this translation. Only four pages of it are available to public in the sample without buying the magazine (fRag) BUT IT ANSWERS THE CLIFFHANGER AT LEAST, so for anyone who was just dying to find out what happens:
Liam swings at Lizzie, and Kanda, panicking, PICKS UP THE GUN AND SHOOTS HIM. He falls and that is IT for dickhead brother in law wow good riddance.
Anyway, dialogue, my translation isn't the greatest but I did my best: Lizzie is like WOAH and he's like "that was almost really bad, thank you!!" and Kanda asks if he really shot him (in disbelief) then asks if he's dead. Kanda says yeah, that's right. and Kanda is like "oh,,, I...ah," and Lizzie affirms again and he's like I see. Then he's like "Well with it like this you're freed from your debt! Ah are you happy? You must feel so much better!"
Kanda is like. huh? and he leans down against Lizzie (this panel is funny as fuck, Lizzie's hands are HUGE.) And Lizzie is like don't put your forehead on mee~ don't be scared. (Or some general comfort statement idk.)
Kanda tells him to stop shining, Lizzie responds with something like "that's fine," then goes on to say how the result was great but that he's sorry about the plan (計画). I wonder if it's just his weird wording or if he somehow knew this'd happen, but seems like a pretty big risk to take lol.
Anyway, Lizzie asks if he's happy with the outcome. Kanda goes on this big thing, "No, that's not it. I've never murdered a person. No, THATS how I'm feeling. I'm not happy about meeting you and ending up killing a person, I'm not happy about it at all." (Might have also been "I'm not happy about meeting you, and I'm not happy about killing someone" girl idk I'm doing my best) and Lizzie says a very confused sorry and starts to say "that's why," but Kanda interrupts him and says he really truly IS angry. Lizzie is like. angry?? And Im not having an easy time reading it but Lizzie says something like "I mean.. is it weird to be angry in this situation... no." I can't tell if he's asking himself or if it's rhetorical.
And Lizzie looks exactly like the big frown emoji he looks like ☹, it's a panel of Kanda's thoughts "but, he's so bright, it doesn't make any sense" I, "to Lizzie, a brother in law's life doesn't mean anything. To him, it's just the same as the targets she's been killing up til now."
I think that he talks about Lizzie being bright this whole time because of how he normally shines whenever he's drawn being happy, like a meta kind of joke, but it might also just be something about how he's too upbeat or that he's smiling too wide. Anyway that's all of the dialogue and I hope that this satiates some others like it did me while we're waiting for updates

Not sure how to reply to people directly on here but you can find it on the author's twitter account! It's the same name that they have on here. You can also find some extra panels, because they make a collage of them for new chapters! The 4 preview pages are also on fRag's twitter, as with the entries that OΣG is in, they post about it in a promo thread!
As for if anyone just can't wait and needs to buy the chapter, copy and paste the entire Japanese name into Google and you can find the single chapter for digital download for like 3 bucks (usd). I think that the magazine is also on amazon! Though sadly I found out only through like 30 minutes of desperately looking for physical copies to buy thst fRag is digital only </3 still considering printing it just to say I have it though tbh
