I wish I could give some alternatives but I'm not into kdrama and korean actors. I like your choice for Jaeshin but Nok a bit less. I would pick someone who looks a bit more androgynous ^^

Interesting idea. I do agree that Luo Yun Xi's feature are maybe a little bit too sharp. However I'd like the actor to not look too feminine.

I honestly think the sex scene was unnecessary. The whole chapter looked off maybe once I read the English version it will make sense somehow but I doubt it. They could've just cuddled and it would have been perfect :,) As for the art style, my impression is that the face features are sharper and that what maybe makes them look a bit different. Surprisingly I feel like the quality of the drawings increased and not the opposite. Funny how we we see things differently lol

no cause there were some panels where the proportions seemed a bit off to me as well. one being after when jaeshin says "even if you regret giving your heart to me.. I'm yours nok" there's a panel where the hand portion looked a bit awkward.

ig it's cause of the artist's accident so hopefully it gets better with future chapters

Daisy, I know what you mean, but doesn't it caused by horrendously wide Jaeshin's shoulders? And the move - on another panel Nok's fingers look scrawny as if they're just bones.
I don't think there's a need to make Jaeshin even more bulky as well as enlarge his penis - I prefer when proportions aren't that much unbelievable. I know it's a fiction and I don't mind some well drawn muscles (●'◡'●) but let's leave (or keep?) body proportions on one level.

I think I've figured it out what's keeping bugging me. Nok's face and his expressions look very similar to their second night - when Nok was drunk and it's a terrifying blatant rape. Same position also. And I knooow it's different situation, and Nok's desperate bc of the ghost. But when his face looks so alike... I can't help it and recall.
Not long ago I've thought Nok's becoming more manly (when he was dressed at least XD) but this time I haven't seen it at all.

There're many manhwas where characters have shoulders wide as 4 heads or more, and "the third leg" - which looks ridiculous. I really really hope my favourite and the most respected manhwa artist won't go down this road...

I, on the contrary, assume Nok will be magnanimous bc Jaeshin didn't do it on purpose and might even say smth like "I'm glad I've met you".

I wonder about another thing. If Nok wouldn't see the ghosts (haven't touched anything in the afterworld), what could the queen do to him? Maehyung wouldn't be useless? And the ghosts that were molesting him - he wouldn't even know. As she has send him a really strong one, he might've caused Nok a strange illness or killed him on the spot.

well the only reason why the queen even got to nok was because the previous empress had to ask for help after nok started seeing the ghosts (if im remembering correctly that is). so we would prob would never have gotten this gem of a work otherwise

and i do second that nok would forgive/not get mad at jaeshin even if he tells him. hoping we would get that much needed conversation soon tho

I guess Jeshin kinda apologises that it's all his fault that Nok sees ghosts. But I doubt he'll ever vocalise it^^'

Hmm why did you think the ghost can't harm him? They tormented him (the trio) and molested him (the others) and it was escalating. This ghost might've been strong enough to come despite the guardian tree, when Nok made some noise. And maybe Han Chaehui has prepared a special way to kill Nok :O Just like she's doing with others.
However... if this ghost would've successfully gauged Nok's eyes, wouldn't it sullied his face? As she wants "just that face". I don't knowXD

Your last paragraph sent chills down my spine! Luckily Jaeshin arrived right on time to help Nok. I guess you're right these new ghosts have more power than the original ones and can do more than simply mess with Nok. It looked like this one had the power to kill him and that's why I was so confused. Even Jaeshin's reaction was as intense as the one he had when he saved Nik from being killed last season.

Thanks for the translation I wonder what could be Nok's reaction when he finally learns the truth about his spirit eye. Since it wasn't intentional from Jaeshin I don't think Nok will really blame him. We'll see!

I didn't know that a new chapter dropped. also ive a question like did we ever get to know why han chaehui is doing this to nok? was it just because of her spite for nok's mother or something more? cause before this it never felt like she was trying to actually get him killed but more like make him afraid to keep him in "check". and the way she behaves with her own son does not give the vibe that she's doing it to make him the future crown prince although that would be an added benefit for her

maybe it's the ghost residing in the queen wants Nok. Remember when, probably in ch 60, she talks with her brother about sending an assassin. She started screaming at him with double ghostly bubbles (it's sounds funnyXD) I mean the ghost was screaming through her. Or they've screamed together. Maybe the question is not how many of the queen's acts are just hers, but how many are the ghost's. The bitch is so vile I'm starting to doubt she's human (but ofc she still has human body).

There was one sentence which gave me pain there, trying to figure out the meaning. And I might have missed it previously, mixing tenses.
Now I think it should be:
The cold/winter/northern gale which came to you because of me, would've been just a passing wind, (and) the spring will come to you right away...

Now it makes more sense bc previously I've been cracking my mind if Jaeshin knows a method for Nok to stop being haunted by ghosts or to stop seeing them? Or did he mean Chaehui's upcoming death? No, he just thought his presence and protecting Nok will solve everything and Nok will just heal by himself.

Yes. I think it's just how you described it beautifully in a previous post of yours: Jeashin is actually the one winning a human heart in a literal sense. Not only he developed affection for Nok but also deep empathy and understanding. Well, it's still very much exclusive to Nok but I guess Jeashin is working on that. We shouldn't ask too much from him either lol For the spring part, I agree. It seems they'll have their happy ending at last :)))

But I think Jaeshin can feel some compassion at least to those ghosts, when he learns what had happened to them when they were humans. Maybe with Unhye it wasn't really the case, but the way he spoke with the starving ghost. And it looks to me a little like, when taeju (kid ghost - trivia: according to Korean mythology mostly boy who died from hunger or smallpox, if the kid was a girl they call it myeongdu or myeongdo) is disapearing reminiscing his last (alive) moments, Jaeshin looks at him kinda sad. Or I'm seeing things^^" And maybe there's a red light in his eyes bc he wants him to perish faster so Nok can calm downXD

Just read the chapter although I don't speak Korean so I basically just admired the panels. Wow! That was intense. Maybe too intense. It felt like an omegaverse story and Nok getting literally pregnant lol Too bad I can't understand the dialogues I'm certainly missing some sweet interactions. Since we got such a hot chapter I guess we reached the angst part and they will face some serious troubles starting next chapter. I can't wait to see Jaeshin stressing out for his baby. Yep, one of the hottest chapter but didn't Jaeshin go too deep tho? Idk it looked a bit too much with the anatomy panels & stuff lol I really don't know how Nok didn't rip. I think this part of the dialogues (from what I read on X) was about Jaeshin asking Nok to trust him cuz he'd never harm him and Nok letting go and letting him do whatever he wanted. So it was really like a new step crossed in their relationship where trust and loyalty are now a solid base. Not sure that's exactly what happened tho. People on X are not always reliable
