For those who only looked at the images (detailed resume in a comment of the topic below):
Seichirou (black hair uke), an unlicensed doctor, meets back an old classmate Takechi (white hair seme) but ends up repaying him a medicine for his patient with his own body. They were close friends and had a secret meeting place but Takechi had to go study abroad.
Then Seichirou understands that he is in love with Takechi and leaves the house. Takechi was in fact also in love and when he finds a paper, left by Seichirou, with their old secret meeting place, he dashes out of his house.
Sorry, but I don't get it. If the guy said goodbye then why did he leave a flower pressed inside the book? And if the guy didn't really mean goodbye then this is just more cliches dropping all over the place. The uke has to compromise more than the seme once again. Such tired BS. Which is more what the translator should have warned us about than that this was a novel with few pictures.

The taller black-haired one looks like Shinonome from Amatsuki, but I'm pretty sure the image isn't from there. Sorry I couldn't really be of help.

No matter how many times I read this author's work, I can't get enough of it...
Her pen has a lot of sweetness in it, but she never gets ride of the anxiety part wiche gives a more realistic yet cute feeling :)
This story is very a heart-touching one! Of all the Yaoi/shounen ai I read including taking care of family, this one is one of the best so far. Not to much, not to less. The fact that the mother isn't shown has an evil one but rather like an awkward mother makes the story even stronger (I know, she's got a tendency to piss reader of XD)
Anyway thanks for the hard work!
