i read that his character is actually pretty decent he is just like this because his life is constantly in danger and everyone is always trying to kill him bc of the queen or whatever. so when he realizes FL is not against him he changes quite a lot. just wait and see, there's a long way to go, the spoilers don't contain the road or the character development they go through lol

If you read the novel, Callisto really cares for her and would even kill himself if Penelope dies. One of the male lead will betray her, and the other one is a selfish prick. So don't quit, I swear the novel is really good and we're near at the part where Callisto and Penelope will have their moments. :)))
