1970s is not historical era people born in 1950s are still alive , you can say its 80s or 90s.

So I went through the raws, I don’t know Japanese. I have a question, why did the black haired boy die? Like did he actually go onto the train tracks and the two boys talking was just made up in the light haired boys mind? But why did the black haired boy kill himself/die?
I think they both died? They show two empty desks.
There was chapter 7 where they went to the scene to find traces of his death and found a tooth.. it was only the black hair guy who committed suicide

This was such an unexpectedly cute read. The art style is atypical of BL manga, but it really adds a layer of warmth to the characters.
