The progression is about how both characters help each other emotionally and move on together.
They both have one of the best growth, the author done a phenomenal job by including both Comedy and character growth so well in parallel.
I would stand by my previous word the Novel is still better than the manhwa cause manhwa skipped some scenes which made the story more interactive so I recommend the Novel.
They both have insane Chemistry cause how well the puzzle pieces fit for them both are perfect for each other, the novel doesn't have much smut they have like 3 to 4 smut scenes and most other scenes are them having problems or solving it with each other.
I am not spoiling it but that's the thing they have a great growth, comedy, Serious tones and actually multi dimensional characters who have other thoughts and feelings not just stuck on eo.
