I don't think Jaekyung will get the surgery. It's just a brace he has put on for support.
Doc Dan and Jaekyung will make up. And Doc Dan will work on recovery for his shoulder and foot.
I hope after they make up, their relationship will improve a little. (Not that I'm ever going to get over Jaekyung throwing away Doc Dan's gift or all of the other shit he's done).
