I do kinda agree with that view, but also think of it like this, the longer she is around him the more she would fall form him again. It is a lot more painful to stay with someone you know you can’t be with, then you would have to let them go off with another person. In the end it is more of the fact that she wants to save herself from the heartbreak.

His followers rlly need to see the bigger picture. The red goblin leader has the nightmare stones around his neck so it must has have a great value to them. It's not all about invading territories just for some ores. If their lord wasn't the MC and some other greedy bastard, both sides would have casualties due to heavy injuries plus the werewolf and dark elf alliance would make it harder to take over. Then in the future, if they have soldiers less than what they have after the fight, their territory would be vulnerable to enemies who's going to aim for the ores as well. A peaceful trade/alliance is the best way to go plus nightmare stones are common items, not a really a loss. IMO it's an unfair trade but since the goblins really see them as diamonds, so not anymore haha.
