This is not love. This is not what love is about. You don't rape someone and say you're sorry and justify saying you're a monster. You don't let someone treat you that way and justify it with saying you're just so in love.
Let's call things by their names: this is a toxic unhealthy relationship where love cannot exist. Maybe obsession at best.
Please, young readers, never think this is love and never let anyone treat you like that. Sadly our beautiful BL genre is still full of regressive stereotypes about love, women, gay man. Take care out there!

Let me start this with In My Opinion. They are all mentally sick with no form of treatment or medication so how could you expect it to be healthy if they're not. In fact I think a more clever name for this would be "the closest thing to love".
I would rather stress that these are serious disorders that they are taking lightly. Saying that someone like him can kill a living thing even when he didn't want to is not an exaggeration. A girl taking her own life after cycles in a bipolar state is quite normal. A trauma like in-seob went thru can literally break a mind. They should have been treated. Not by some sanitarium as an adult, as children.
In that respect the fact that woo could regain some imitation of emotions was as miraculous as it was dangerous. Like, in the real world, much more dangerous than in here. This romance is the way it is because they CAN'T be normal and thier bond CAN'T be normalized. If you read this whole thing looking for that, you should have dropped this when you learned he had a serious unmedicated disorder. As for toxic, this might actually have been the best thing they could have done based on the circumstances they were given and made for themselves.

It doesn't matter they aren't sane in the point I made. I'm not taking about the characters per se. I'm signaling to young readers who are still very impressionable that something like this isn't love and to never allow people to treat them like this in the name of "love". If you wanna waste breath defending how only insane people can act like that (which isn't true), be my guest.

Guwon was never good, he saved MC just because he needed a teacher. I see now that the author is inviting to remove all preconceptions of the world as we know it to measure the actions of the people in this apocalyptic set up. To sacrifice some to save anothers, to pretend they don't suffer from doing what they know is morally incorrect... I just wonder if it will meam something in the end, after all Guwon is only playing house (town, in this case), without really grasping what means to be human or the price of a human live as MC said.

So this 4th personality possessed all 3 of them without them realizing it in different moments, thus making them incapable of eating MC thanksnto the measures he took. Interesting. I wonder why!! I need moooreeee. Hopefully the 2nd season doesn't take long!!

When you say trauma holder, you mean this in a psychological way? I think his personalities are not related to anything psychological but purely fantasy, I see them as them really been 4 different beings in 1 body due to magic/curse. But your theory is interesting and let's see how the story continues!! Thanks for your input ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Stop taking blame out of Guwon, he murdered in cold blood and in a very cruel way a man he swore to protect. I wonder if they will show us how that law came to be. Who proposed it. Guwon probably doesn't even understand fully the human emotions behind of what he did/he is doing.
I can't wait, the story is truly amazing! This author is such a good narrator.

I hate omegaverse because they always find a way to get rape in it and get away with doing it (the authors). Is my fault for reading this knowing that (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
So for what I understand he let the spirits rape him in order to make Mugo get a new sacrifice, but Mugo didn't change his mind. And now he will stay because Mugo wants him by his side, and since he has never been wanted, he will stay to fill the void inside him.
Is not love, definitely. They just mutually need each other. Let's see how that progress.
I went back to the first 2 chapters to re-read them in order to find clues and tie them together with Jinwo's memories and, when Gunwo arrives, he's dad is not in the house/remains of the house. There's a thig that tried to kill him before, but just that.
His dad seemed to lost it and hurt him, so I don't know if Jinwo killed him trying to protect himself or if the man got away thinking he killed his son. Probably the 1st one and that will lead Jinwo to forgive Gunwo. Is what I believe.
