I'm looking for an old manga, maybe 2010 or so. It was about a man (uke) in love with a friend (seme) who was a womanizer, but was also his boyfriend. After suffering so much, uke decided to cut him off, and seme changed and begged to be back after pretending to be fine and not being able to handle the emotional pain (he got appendicitis too). Another detail is that seme gives away a shirt he gifted uke on his birthday. He gives away to a girl he cheated uke with.

People, please, read the images in the mangas too, not only the text. Azuma was not blushing romantically: look at his pained expression and his eyebrows downcasted. He looked sad and worried because his colleague seems very sick. Why do you think the mangaka showed his soo thin/skeleticsl neck?
I may be wrong but I believe that's the case.
