I'm in a relationship with a guy rn and our situation is kinda odd, we've been dating for 5 months and we rarely call or text, when I message him he leaves me on delivered for a few hours, ranging from 6-24 hours. he sometimes tells me why he couldnt reply but majority of the time he doesn't. But here's my dilemma, I don't think I feel a type of way about this situation, in my head it feels like I've given up on trying to care about what happens between us or what he does, I don't feel sad or angry when this happens, I don't know what emotion to feel. It's like if we ended things now then I guess we did, I don't know how to explain it.

I think from my perspective it's more like I've given up on my feelings about the negative aspects in my relationship with him, I still hope for the best regarding us two, he's honestly a good person and treats me well.
The biggest issue here is he thinks of me as this "nonchalant" girlfriend and he constantly says how glad he was that I was like that since his exes were all batshit crazy. So it kinda gave me the impression that if I were to express my feelings regarding things likes jealousy and what not, I'd feel like he's gonna start thinking that I'm the same to his exes

you can tell by actions and even how they talk to you, me personally i observe everything so when he started cheating on me i almost immediately knew. try not to contact them all day, if they don’t contact you first you can either ask them abt or leave
