I read this manga a while back, it's BL( of course) and it's about these 2 famous actors. The uke keeps getting into scandals and the seme is his childhood friend whose got none of that problematic stuff. Their mothers decide to have them in arranged marriage to save the uke's ass and they both agreed. The seme turned out to be yandere-ish sorta obsessed, but they still lived happily ever after.
