She's the mother of all shamans. If u know shamanism in Korea follows a strict matrilineal line and woman dominated for he most part. Princess Bari origin has a lot of variations but what stays consistent is she displayed exemplery filial piety towards her father (I forgot detail lore) n hence she's hailed as the first ever shaman or patron diety of all shaman women in Korea. She has power of exorcism, guiding one to underworld and over birth and fertility

Although many variations, core points: she was born as the 7th daughter of a king and he discarded her due to his disappointment->as always he wanted a son. Then she was raised either by a deity or some good ppl who kinda became her parents.
When she learnt about her abandonment she didn't hold a grudge though and when her father became sick only she decided (either the king ordered her to, or she was informened ab his situation) to go to the underworld for the water of life, which can cure everything.
There she went through some trials, didn't waver or doubt. Cured his father and became a deity herself. In one version I read one of the "cosmic law" was that she can't meet her family ever again.

Shin was a hustling street mechanic who tried to con Jake/Jay, a gang member, and Jay ended up becoming obsessed (in a healthy way) with shin. Reluctantly, shin decided to date(?) Jay bc he takes good care of him. He got him a legal gig in a mechanic shop and pampered him with a nice car, saved him a few times from certain death... so shin eventually let him move into his apartment and everything.

Turns out, Jay isn't a gang member, he's a special ops agent working deep undercover for the CIA and when Jake finds out it isn't who he says he is, he gets upset and pretty much runs away(also for his safety bc of a deal gone wrong) and of course Daddy Jake finds(stalks) him and keeps an eye on him to make sure he's safe.

Something ended up happening with shin and his brother and he called Jake for assistance. They clean up the mess and screw and Jake tells him what his job is. Shin says he doesn't trust him, but if he wanted to gain his trust, to let him in on his operation. Now daddy jake is teaching him how to shoot.

Obviously there are a bunch of smaller details I left out but that's pretty much the gist of it

Thanks a lot...I pretty much knew it...just kinda forgot what was the deal with whole gangsta stuff and how and why CIA is involved....like what they are actually working for.

I finally did after like 5th attempt. Omfg. That brother is disgusting and insane.
