I hate that Hwayeon's hovering over Jiha like a creep. Doesn't help that her character introduction is also annoying at the first few chapters. Always "praise me, praise me" or "just wait, I'll make you my slave." Girl has some serious narcissistic issues.
Glad that the tamed her down after the fight with giant shrimps and made her act her age and not some attention hungry toddler, but still. I wish she'd stop hovering over Jiha with her impure intentions.
Also, I wish Jiha wasn't so short sighted. He only ever saw Korea and Gehenna and is blind to everyone else, tho I get why, but as the only worker of the world tree, he shouldn't be so biased.
Is Ahjin gonna end up with Mr. Kang despite all this?
Because I honestly want to dropped this since Mr. Kang betrayed Ahjin before investing anything. S2 characters seems more interesting (just cuz I like the character design better). Tbh I didn't really appreciate s1 couple as much as I did with their other works. They were kinda bland. The parents story was more interesting than the actual couples.

The series is two novels, someone left a link to them, but amazing read!! The artist is doing a phenomenal job at the comic but it’s still maybe 1/3 way through the story so it’s going to be a while..
They do get really cute in the end
they do kiss. maybe like 3 times in the main story. and they did the deed too in the epilogue/extra but its not explicitly written. the author wrote the morning after the deed.
