she eventually kills herself because she thought that she wasn't enough which is why she asks the uke to become just like his father so that maybe he will come back to her
the uke after seeing what his dad did to his mom wants to basically ruin the company the "legacy" his dad built up but in the end he sees that he is becoming the thing that the hated... im not sure if that is completely accurate but that is what i understand from it
also i think that the same man that was fucking the uke's dad and the man that fucked the seme's boss are the same person "the man with the grey eyes" and the left hand arm whatever im just rambling atp but yeah :)
