Well this is wonderful. Since the scanlation group clearly said that if this ever gets updated anywhere, they would drop it. Now, they have official dropped this. So unless someone finds the raws and translates it, or another group starts this instead, we aren't getting anymore updates for this.

I read in a comment on an other manga (Love Price) that the mangaka died and that's why the unfinished workes was dropped.
Since there are so many people wondering why it says it's complete, but really it's not.........the mangaka sadly passed away due to an illness in 2007, so the stories sadly cannot be continued TT__TT

Sam, as has been mentioned by Rain, it has already been translated. But that's the 3-day-rule or 1-week-rule coming into play. I'm sure you won't have to wait much longer. Having seen the finished version let me just say: It is well worth the wait, so don't worry and look forward to it. :)

In this story, Jirou is colourblind, and Atobe doesn't like crowds nor people looking at him because he feels uncomfortable, so he wears glasses to blur people out. Jirou covers Atobe's eyes cuz of that reason, and I'm guessing Atobe covers Jirou's eyes so he feels that Jirou is not looking at him

I always find that so many raws are in Chinese, not Japanese. Though, I know it's cuz Chinese translators do translate quite a lot. Though as someone who can only speak, listen, and read/ write a bit......I feel pretty disappointing in myself. But, I guess half of it is cuz I'm not exactly trying to read it 100%. Sighhhhhhhhs I just want it to be translated to English. It makes life so much easier for so many people TT__TT
