Is it the uncle or the son that hangs up at the end? It would technically make more sense if it's the uncle. But judging how there's traces of bandages on what's supposedly the wrist area, it makes me think that the son dials the call.

It was the Kid that answered the phone in the end. You can see the tape on his hands as he is holding the phone. Also, why would the uncle answer the phone but not untie the kid's hands? He was too busy spiraling into despair, after doing it with his possible son, to do anything.

But honestly, his job is technically more of a "host club," except Nanao goes further and does stuff that's technically not needed (〜￣△￣)〜 I'm kinda curious to why the shop means so much to him tho cuz they never talked about in the beginning. Though I kind of doubt they'll actually talk about it in the future.

Well, Nanao kind of made a reference to omegas not being able to get good jobs. I think the shop saved him from poverty, made him independent and also helped empower him as an omega. It may seem like just a host job to alphas, but if the world is truly cruel to omegas, then that shop will indeed be a godsend.
I'm happy that Kaoru saved Yuka, but I'm not exactly happy with how he did it...
