He doesn’t have a girlfriend, but he is homophobic (gay relationships make him uncomfortable, as we see frequently in Hirano and Kagiura’s story and a glimpse when he is shocked seeing Sasaki and Miyano together with Miyano about to confess). He definitely is not getting together with Niibashi (they don’t even know each other and aren’t the same age). This isn’t a BL or shounen ai story (it is mislabeled; this series is just shoujo) so there’s no reason to expect he’ll get with anyone.
Well, I was reluctant to say Hanazawa is homophobic since while he may be uncomfortable (as we both said) in the Sasaki and Miyano story, he doesn't explicitly express disgust or confirm anything yet. I wouldn't assume anything yet, personally, but you may be right if you are speaking from experience from reading the further of the raws on pixiv? In addition, I do think the Sasaki to Miyano story has potential to become a shounen-ai since one party is seeking to pursue the other of the same sex in a romantic relationship; however, you are correct that the series is considered shoujo at the moment as I do not recall any actual BL scenes.
Anyways, I also agree that Hanazawa will not be getting with anyone.

He's not homophobic jeez. In the latest eng chap Sasaki to Miyano, his older sister said something like "Do you dislike/hate it?" And Hanzawa said "no i am just suprised". Then we got a flashback scene where maybe his older bro or something said "I like men so don't expect grandkids from me okay?". So basically Hanzawa isn't prejudice toward gay relationship, just recalling his memories about it? And again, it's not like he's uncomfortable lol he's just like "wtf you doing kiddo" he didn't dislike Kagiura too btw, stop labeling people as homophobic jeez.
Based on the sasaki to miyano latest chapter, If the author wants him to be interested on the same sex relationship I think Hanzawa could be paired up with Tashiro. As we can see Hanzawa do adore Tashiro even makes him the next ping pong's club captain
I know the others also said he's not homophobic but just to clarify, it's just that he's worried that they may face some criticism/hardships from others who don't accept it like his brother with their mom. He's just worried for his friends, but he got over it when he saw how it went well with miyanoxsasaki
