It takes a few hours from the moment the chapter is uploaded until you recieve the notification.

one time I just finish reading Solo leveling, a few minutes later a new chapter is uploaded,
and until the next day, I receive notification
maybe the system notifies you all the manga that was uploaded at the end of the day or sth
