I dont like this webtoon. Its the worst gangfight genre ever
The earlier chapter which involve homeless getting forced into that center was inspired by real Korean history.
At around that time, president Park Chung Hee (the dictator) gave order to take (capture) all homeless people no matter age and gender to the center.
He told the public that they will be reformed into a good citizen, they will be provided education, work, salary, food and stay.
But in reality, they were forced to work like slave to manifacture stuff for big company to sell.
They were feed little and lack sleep, no salary too.
If I remember correctly, there was one man there who somehow managed to get this fact out to public and get everyone there saved.

This is why i hate webtoon. They are merciless to male characters but when a random non important weak female but has pretty ass face and huge unrealistic unnappealing bossom the mc would run to save her like its the last female left grrrr
