I get where both of them are coming from, tho I lean more towards Geonwoo being more in the right, I don't think Hajin's a total villain. At this point you can tell he is really trying, esp given that he didn't want a relationship in the first place. I'm only hesitant to heap blame on Hajin bc I'm inherently wary of anything that looks like obsession/possessiveness, and people need to understand that your partner can go out and have fun with friends without you and that's not a problem.
HOWEVER
it's been made clear that that blonde fucker is interested and not even subtly so, and Hajin has 100% failed miserably at making Geonwoo feel secure in their relationship so he really does deserve this anxiety he's feeling rn and I couldn't help a petty cackle at the end of the last chapter (45). Hajin should draw a very clear line with blondie that a) he's dating someone and b) any further advances will be grounds for ending their friendship.
Honestly I don't particularly like this second season so far. Geonwoo already struggled enough even trying to get Hajin into a relationship at all, I think it's pretty shitty of the author to write in a competing love interest and make him suffer more. I kinda just want him to leave at this point, honestly what does Hajin have that an amazing catch like Geonwoo couldn't find literally anywhere else ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
