You gotta be clear. Can you describe the character exactly that was called a mistress? What animal were they or what hair color+hair length did they have? I just went through the entire story again to check your point and no one was blatantly called a mistress, just implied. There’s the irrelevant parents of the two fox brothers who DID say the dad cheated on the mom while the dad also made the mom sleep with the same person he cheated with. But the dad is so irrelevant to the plot that he’s just a background character. When people ask if there’s cheating in a story, they usually mean between the main characters or side couples. Not random extras. Now if you thought the rabbit uncle was cheating, that’s an entirely new discussion I can explain to you lol.
Yeah it’s been a while since I read the story since it’s been almost 2 month since I answered the question. And as you said yourself, the dad cheated. I’m not someone who makes assumptions, so if someone asks if there’s cheating without clarifying they were talking about the mcs, then I’m going to answer truthfully. Since for me, I wouldn’t want any cheating in my stories, regardless of how irrelevant you think these characters are.

The last part I remember: Ml went out to deliver some food or pizza and knocked on mc's brother, he saw that he was wearing mc's slippers and living well off of mc's inheritance(?). He then went back and promised to himself that he'll take revenge for mc seeing as they used his money.
