I have cousins who aren't related to me, and I even I think it's very weird to have a romantic relationship with them. Even if my sisters weren't related to me, the thought that they ARE my sisters makes me feel gross. I would never want to fall in love with a family member romantically even if they were related or not.

But thats because u grow on the idea that she is ur sister and u guys have a platonic relationship. This is clearly not the case here. They never thought of each others as sisters to begin with.And hey, it may not be ur cup of tea but this is just my reasoning Σ( ￣□￣||)
