tbh this does get a little crazy w the pacing after the executives are introduced and Esp after blue keeper dies but it's still a good storyline. semi random phrases like "that's cringe" and "we are So back" were hilarious to read during my binge. D reminds me of denji (from csm) sometimes w his attitude and comedic timing but i personally find that personality enjoyable to read.
the whole clone arc w red ranger is fucking me up but that's probably cause i reached that point at like 3am and was like, "yeah ok. that makes sense." and then he gets stabbed and im like "damn. anyways"
chidori aka green keeper is best keeper im so glad he survived the death messiah battle, hisui is great too love her character. dunno why they had to make pink keeper a bro-con over hibiki and not like. just a normal protective older sister but japan crazy w that ig (she wouldve been one of my favs otherwise). yellow is funny that's kinda it. og blue was actually kinda alright before his death minus calling yumeko a whore and giving the worst first impression and then they give him the 'soft-hearted delinquent' sort of storyline. made me wish he didnt die so soon.
i have no clue if romance is in this series and ideally i dont want it around w mc but as with most shounen, it probably will happen. and im just hoping they dont fuck it up in execution cause so far D dont got chemistry like that w anyone. Angel is cute but her infatuation towards him quite literally came outta nowhere like a light bulb in her brain during death messiah arc (talkin bout some "i found the one" bs like honey u AND ur dad/lover disrespected his ass HEAVILY up til now) (i say lover bc angel has her mom's soul - an executive -in her that possesses her briefly and her dad explicitly says that's all he cares abt in her and it's. yeah it's smth). and i feel like her character is gonna get reduced to an obsessive devoted girl who has a one sided crush on D, which would be a major disservice to her development imo. i hope im wrong tho.
