Then hearing his uncle voice and hiding away in a cupboard (seam's like he did that often) Now Sangwoo as disappeared (I wonder where he is) I just cant helping thinking....that if someone comes and looks through that cat flap (the way the copper did to see Bum's foot!) They will see that body. All evidence will point to Bum, first there's the phone, the fact he called his uncle there (well Sangwoo did, the police wont know that), Bum certainly as motive (after everything he did to him). If the police search the house.... what will they find? There's bound to be evidence of all murders, in the basement and the rest of the house.... traces of blood, hair, even the knife that was used to kill the old guy and the girl, it wouldn't surprise me, if the same knife was used for both! "Bum's prints will be all over it, Sangwoo's crazy enough to keep it...maybe even to frame Bum? Sangwoo's not stupid, it wouldn't surprise me if Sangwoo did it on purpose!
If Sangwoo was to call the police and disappear now? Bum would fine himself right in the shit!!! Don't forget Sangwoo was just whacking himself and smashing up his car... I wonder why he did that? (maybe to make it look like he's had a car crash and died, if he plunges the car in the water? If they can't find his body...he'd be presumed died? (and get way with everything he did, he's got cash, he could live it up in some other country). Until he get's angry and starts killing again!
This is just my opinion, I have other theories, like Bum killing Sangwoo, Sangwoo killing himself or even Bum (By accident with his hallucinations), double suicide or even killing each other.
I'm sure you have your own theories too.

Most of time we don't get to see Lucaon true character. He hid myself away from everyone when his family was murdered. Then he found himself in a situation where he started having feeling's for someone, only trouble is he doesn't know or he's not sure how to convey his feeling's properly and as gone about it completely the wrong way. (After all his family was killed, the last time he let people get to close).
I do believe he as feeling's for Kyon. You only have to look at some of his actions, Llke him staying by his side when Ryan hurt him or how worried he was waiting for Kyon to come back (when he went with Ryan to find who poisoned Lucaon). Yes Lucaon enjoys sex, that we cannot doubt. I also think it's his way of showing his feeling's. I believe if Kyon starts to open up and talk more about what he want's....? Lucaon will also open up and talk more! After all he said they will stay for "as long as Kyon wants too" That tells me, he cares about what Kyon want's.

And on a different note, Lucaon saying "you said not be to loud at night and that it was Kyon idea" This show me he's trying to have some fun not only with Sihan, but Kyon too. (I kind of like that, that was cute. Lucaon can be cute).
To be honest i wasn't a huge fan of Ryan at the beginning (especially after what he did to kyon). I did however warm to him and now my heart as sank. I can't believe that's the end for them. Even if the situation changed? I'm not so sure Christoph would of ended up with Ryan (It certainly seams like Ryan loved him like a Son and not a lover "this is just what i think.) All we can do now is "Hope"
