Can someone explain to me the differences of these tropes? I’ve heard them and know the general concept of them but I still get confused at times.

Regression is when the character turns back time a couple of years. Usually if their life ends in tragedy and they wake up finding themselves to have turned back time to *insert number of years*
Transmigration has to do with a character who gets transmigrated to a different world. They are still within their first body, just to a different world.
Reincarnation is when a character dies and gets reincarnated as another person in the same world or another world. I'm not sure if they gotta start at age 0, because if they die just turn into someone else, it sounds close to possession, only difference is, possession doesn't have to require death.
Possession is like those system host stories where a host helps a character live a happy ending by taking over their body and living for them, is possession. Could be isekai too.

regression: characers who returns to the past by turning back time
transmigration: characters whose soul moves into another being's body after death (transmigration is slightly similar to reincarnation)
reincarnation: characters who basically start a new life, may it be in a form of another human, animal, or other living being (rebirth, you can describe it as)
possession: taking control of another person's body (as the person above said, like a host system)

Am I the only one who noticed that the art style kinda changed.. it’s low-key a downgrade too.. or maybe I js got spoiled since the last art style was so S-Tier #－.－)
it's one of my current frustrations. I've noticed that many manhwas start with majestic art then downgrades little by little. You'll only notice once it gets too ugly i.e. face/body proportions looking bad af
