What do you mean? Like most Korean webtoons, it updates weekly. I think they're only taken a one week break thus far. And that's normal since that's what stories are trying to do after a certain couple of weeks nowadays to avoid overworking the artists.
Imagine reading on an illegal site without supporting the author and complains how slow they update is crazy

Well if you don't know ongoing manhwa's update once every week with one chapter and if they don't then it's probably on hiatus, for this one i don't see any problem. Try reading other manhwa while waiting for updates.
If you are wondering if there are any raws but not translated yet is probably because TL was not paid enough or has other things to do than translating.
But i think we are keeping up from the raws so don't expect mass update.

Oh thats not for you to read. It's just so you can verify that we are indeed caught up with the story instead of taking my word for it. You could also check on the official Korean page for the webtoon. But I shared that site instead cause that's the one I tend to use alongside mangaupdates.
In conclusion: The story updates weekly (as most Korean webtoons do). The author seems to have only taken a 1 week rest thus far (which is normal). And we are completely caught up with the raws. In terms of how much has been covered in 28 chapters, I would say a good amount of things have happened so far. Seems like the same pace as other stories in this genre where it's back to back quests/tasks/missions/leveling up at the beginning.
Is this one of the first stories that you started reading while it was still an early release? That would explain your why you feel like the story is going slow.
