Yes, but the way it was discussed in the chapter, JJ seemed to not be as bothered by it. I mean he somewhat understood why. He was a bit uncomfortable when he visited Leo's family in Italy but he seemed like he got it, it's the culture. But it was indeed unfair that Leo gets to be jealous when JJ just talked to others.

Nah, good analysis though. His "skill" you're probably thinking of is the unregistered ones or back when he got vertical horizontal and thrust, but there's loopholes in that idea. Aura would've been considered a skill because, well, he has aura, but he didn't level up after learning it. Not only that, it's previously stated that it's not the skill gains but to level up, it's sort of having to amass a certain amount of ability or skill that equates to your level of potential or vessel. Han Bin's is in the millions, not only because of his immensely amassed strength, but also his guide line's error. So although he does get a skill with every level up, he doesn't actually get a level with every skill

Ah damn. Would've been an interesting reveal though, that instead of level up -> gain a skill, his Guideline's error made it go the reverse, so gain a skill -> level up.
