It's been a year since I let the novel percolate. But last I read, she finally decided that having an heir would be smart. She's fucked Ranomun, Tasir, Girgol, oral sex from Carlein, and made out with everyone as far as I know. She's making the rounds albeit super slow. Her not wanting to get pregnant slowed everything down.

I do wonder if the author changed. I just reread first 56 chapters. She has kissed all of them once. Handheld the butler near three times. And if I remember correctly, she never kissed any of them again. She just collects more and more and spends less and less time with all of them. Why would it go from a plot with 3 kisses and hand holding in 56 chapters to nothing for the next 100 if not the author changing?

Edit: I did read it more. Mage pushed for legitimate marriage and overall wants sex, being up front about it as of chapter 100 ish. But then the next 70 chapters it's back to kisses without any further momentum.

In conclusion, the story was really good at the start then forgot it was a romance novel instead of a political book with pretty boys in the background.
