1. They can do more than 1 save. Maybe, there are some things that will be skipped on the 2nd save or it could be the save/videotape of something like DLC version.
2. Someone copied Yongtaek videotape customization design.
3. Yongtaek did both but he doesn't know. Probably, he lost his memory of already having one and someone told him to do the second tape, or he thought he didn't have one so he made the second tape.

It felt OOC when Alexis got extremely mad at Eugene. I haven't reread it but i dont remember seeing any indication that he will react that badly so it felt force and out of character on Alexis part. It looks like a forced conflict for me. Like i can see him being extremely mad but not to that extent towards Eugene. For some reason, it doesn't make sense to me but then again i haven't reread it so maybe there is some things in the past chapter.
Idk if u recall this part but since Alexis found out that Eugene can see the future or smth, he's considered a prophet. And when Alexis was just a child, a prophet lied to his father about Alexis being too weak or smth (lowkey forgot) But anyways, Alexis father started being abusive to him after the prophet lied about Alexis'a future. And in the end, it was found out that the prophet was a fake and Alexis endured abuse for no reason. So he's come to rlly hate prophets, and his hate for prophets is equal to or more than his love for Eugene. I also felt like him hating Eugene felt forced, but I can deal with it bc Alexis was originally like that in the beginning anyways
