But one thing bugged me immensely: They just established their relationship and without notice the uke just resigns from his work and goes independent? I mean there are huge risks involved and huge changes to your lifestyle. Could you please just discuss it with your partner so you can plan this out together?
There's no way around it. The seme's good at his job and the uke just entered there. Without knowing they'd meet, the uke must have already had this planned out.
Plus the fact that the their workplace forbids office romance. Sexual tension in the office be hard for them to avoid considering they'd just paired. And the stereotype that they have on omegas "sleeping their way to the top" and whatnot.
Of course it is the logical solution. But they could have discussed it, maybe delayed it for a month or two (while hiding their relationship). It's more about being mentally prepared and to have a plan for it.
Everytime I thought "And now he's done it. The seme is gonna blow up and walk out that room crying." The seme always chose the anti-drama-approach and forced the uke to communicate. With so much drama potential I was pleasantly surprised.
Remember how Felix donated blood for Giovanni in the last update? Maybe by getting the blood transfusion Giovanni's heat disorder will be cured?

Okay, does somebody recognize the guy who waited for Igarashi (the "uncle") in the car? For me he looks like the lawyer of the Ryuusei clan. But that would be to huge a blow for team Makio, no?

he looks younger than the lawyer. The lawyer must be in his 40's since he and the 2nd head of the clan goes way back.
Yeah something about then doesn't match 100% but they definitely have the same eyebrows. Maybe a younger brother?
