I am glad that Shusei one time beat Jin in the rankings. So often the "eternal rival"will always be behind and never wins against the other.
I can't believe the author's plans for Yuri's stories fell through. I was so looking forward to it.
Nevertheless, I really liked the story of the other two. So Yuri will forever be one of the best side characters.

This authors note is outdated, I think it’s almost 2 years old now. The publisher that she was originally with wouldn’t pick up A Form of Sympathy, but she has since moved on to another publisher, and it has just started being released at the beginning of August.

I really can't believe that this heartbreaker of a story managed to get a happy end. Was there even a chapter I didn't cry? What a ride.

Okay, how long can you drag this conflict out? I mean when I re-read this in one go (and I definitely will, because I love the story) it won't bother me this much. I will appreciate the little nuances in the feelings of the characters for each chapter.
But now? The new chapters are out rather slowly (and that is totally okay) and each time I think "Now they will talk this out and reconcile" and each time am disappointed. Argh. Like a carrot on a stick.
