This took a direction that I wasnt expecting. I was expecting the bottom to be a power bottom manipulative person but turns out hes the opposite and a victim. I know he is talking in past tense in the bubbles, I just hope when we jump to present day, they are together and well. Although, if it takes a similar route as Backlight I won't be mad. I actually like how childish the ML is lmao. Because he's not wrong to feel like they aren't really dating, because really, his hyung is dating him out of his own fear of abandonment and his fear of being alone. Not to say he doesnt care for him because he absolutely does and probably also loves him without him realizing its romantic love. We can tell because of how possesive he has been their whole life. But ML being the way he is because one he's 21 and two, he's never had stability in his life, and that includes his relation with his Hyung.

You'd think with how slow this is going that there would be some sort of tension starting to build by now. I like the premise of the story and im excited to see where it goes but there does seem to be a lack of chemistry.
I think people forget that Ian is also a flawed, unhealed character. That voltriol and mutual obsession he has with Tj is something he seeks because he isn't healthy. Him stringing Joe along, not committed is because he isn't healed yet. And although he likes and wants the idea of a healthy relationship, he himself isn't ready for that because the moment TJ left and stopped seeking him out, he freaked out and went to go seek him out! He likes the chaoticness of their relationship. That and them having so much history, it's probably hard for him to let go. Idk how this is going to lean, but what is think is either TJ or Joe is going to die. Don't ask me why I think that, lmao but I feel like it'll be because of Ian tbh.
Im so curious what little As "unspoken condition" is. We all know he's a low key psycho, one of those nice ones that when he snaps... it's intense. Very intrigued with the story like, didnt expect to like this as much as I do!
