I’ve really been enjoying this domestic life they have going on recently. Personally, chapter 73 really shows that they are in love to me. Something about them having a mundane routine just sold it for me. They don’t have to explicitly say “I love you” for them to be in love, but at this stage in the story it’s definitely more than just attraction.
I am curious how they would even go about saying “I love you” to each other cause both Shin and Jay are so brash I can’t picture them saying it. Well, maybe Shin cause he has said some pretty romantic things already.
I actually think it will be jake first. He'll probably end up taking a bullet for shin somehow and thinking he is about to die He'll say it in the most nonchalant way possible before passing out.
It can also be the other way around. Where shin takes a bullet for Jake and it solidifies Jake's trust in shin and Jake blurts Out something like youcant die on me now that I love you. Or some shit like that.
Oooooooor it can be in the most mundane way, while they are sitting down and he reads the horoscope and says someone close to you will tell you they love you very soon and shin asks him is it mine or yours? And he says I love you. And then goes back to the horoscope and says 'But the horoscope was mine and shin laughs and tells him he loves him.
Aaaahhhhhhhhh my imagination has no limits. So many ways to say it
I was confused as to why the pacing was so fast but I just found out it’s only 10 chapters. I love BLs centered around sports and athletes so to me this had a lot of potential! The author could have done so much and done a full story and made it a lot more nuanced, oh well! If anyone had any sports BL they recommended im all ears!
Some of y’all haven’t dealt with an addict in real life and it shows. There is absolutely nothing Shin can do to help Gren in the state that he’s in right now. The fact that Gren was blaming Shin for his actions and was talking about killing a person together and running away, shows that Gren is not on the right state of mind.
Shin is being responsible is keeping his distance (which is sometimes the only thing you can do for an addict) and protecting Jay by not talking about him. Because Shin knows that Gren is Jay’s weakness and will cause harm to Jay. And Shin cares for Jay so he wants to keep him as safe as he can, you know with Jay being a gangster.
I will repeat this until the end of time. You can’t help a person who doesn’t want help. Or isn’t ready to get help. Gren isn’t in s place where he wants help. He isn’t even in a place for rational thought. There is nothing Shin can do right now to help. Giving in would mean enabling Gren even more. The best thing for Gren is to stay in rehab and work on himself but from the looks of it, he doesn’t want to get better so he’s probably going to fuck up Shin’s life somehow.
Jay was supposed to kill Gren because he betrayed the gang. But he let him go because of Shin. He told the mercifuls that he would take care of Gren, if/when they find out he let him escape, it’ll be bad for Jay. Which is why Gren is his weakness. Shin knows this too which is why he took Gren to the middle or nowhere to increase both Gren and Jays chances of survival.
Agreed. You cannot set yourself on fire to keep someone else warm. You should not enable an addict. Gren needs to stay in rehab but the only one who can make that choice is him. Not Shin. It is completely unfair to make Shin responsible for Gren getting clean and his wellbeing. Gren expecting Shin to be his savior is him being manipulative and selfish.
So my thing is, I get that meeting your fated pair is supposed to be super shocking and overwhelming but Masoami could have chosen to not give in after that initial shock? Unless he straight up bit that other omega right there and then? Cause if he didn’t, he could have at least tried for MC.
I do like that he is probably living full of regret now that he sees what he could have done and what his life could have looked like and I love that for him.
I wonder if Theo eventually is going to be an Omega or if him being the Symia (I forgot whay it’s actually called lmao) is going to be a thing he reverts back to when he and the white haired dude have sex. Cause I feel like something triggered that state for Theo this time around. Maybe white hair dudes pheromones?
