Couple of things. 1) It absolutely is rape. If someone expresses that they do not want to continue/they want to stop, they no longer are consenting, meaning it's rape. That's it. Just because she didn't fight/push her off doesn't mean anything. Plenty of people don't fight because they are scared of what the rapist might do if they fight. 2) Many rapes are done by people that know the victim, and may even be partners.

For it to be a love triangle I think two people need to actively fight for the affection of the other, but in this case Camilla just misses and prioritizes their friendship so much I think she doesn't spare any romantic thoughts any feelings till it's a bit too late.

But since she still loves Amy and wishes the best for her she shoves it away once she does finally understand th because her happiness still comes first
