The first one is black and white colored manga, the uke is apparently good at swimming, I can't remember if he's a professional one or not but he met the seme in the past and somehow catch the seme attention. He later kidnap the uke to his home and try to make him fall in love with him, I think he also used money to blackmail the uke to stay with him.
