Yes, it is a trend - a way to lure in readers only with a title. I kind of like those titles since it makes it makes it easy to remember what the story is about (although being able to remember the title is a completely other thing -.-)

At this point Yona's decision is not only for her future but it is also a test to see whether she fits or not to rule kouka. Since she is the reincarnation of king hiryuu, i think Zeno will observe and evaluate her. He lived long enough to know who is suited to rule the kingdom and he (kinda) gave his approval to soo won at one of their meeting.
