... So i can properly hate her.
I think it's not fair for Athy (both present n past) to be treated like this. You know ignorance is not a bliss but it's a crime. Both prev and present jennete are delusional af. The prev Jennete can actually mend the strained relationship claude had with the original athy. But nope, she hog all of the love to herself and didnt even save athy from the execution , which leads to why didnt the innocent Jennete prevent this from happening.
For the current jennete, again she's being totally delusional. I mean c'mon even ijekiel can sense smthg is wrong with how the event s folding but why can't her? Yeah, She lacks of attention and wanted family love... But by what? Taking advantage of the situation? If she really is nice or innocent , she will try to help Athy get in favor with claude back first instead of trying to gain Claude's love in absence of Athy. Wouldnt it be better if she revealed to them after all shiz had gone like: " im glad both of you are happy again father and sister " =')) now that's what we called mvp.

Even tho she basically just went along with the empress selection, she gets chosen due to being diagnosed infertile during the health examination . And when she becomes the empress the first thing the asshole emperor ML (Lucio) says is don’t expect my love and don’t touch my mistress Rosemund…
As always with this type of novels, the wise FL (Petrigia) overcomes the long cliche schemes of the power hungry mistress who is trying to get her empress position, the concubine is then finally sentenced to death for scheming against the death of another country’s emperor (symmetry lol). Her sister gets married and lives happily ever after. She actually knew about the dream too.
After Petrigia avenged her family, she was exhausted and wanted the leave the palace, but as expectedly Lucio will try to change her mind cause now he is love with her... Honestly the ML was so hard to like in this novel...he was so devoted to the mistress from the get go and it was hard to imagine he would like someone else ugh that’s prob why the author added an obligatory sad backstory explaining MLs attachment to the mistress to make the readers pity him. I wasn’t convinced tbh FL deserves better.
╭∩╮(︶︿︶)╭∩╮ f u emperor. Thats all from me
Hahahaha. You should looked for abandoned empress ending sooiler. XD . Because the ending also same like this manhwa. The mc still end up with shit. But at least this one much better because she already wanted to leave and the emperor pursue her not to do so.
Oke . Sorry. I just reread it carefully.. I m mean both of these manhwa. Lady to queen and abandoned empress are bullshit.
I read from someone comment in spoiler novel forum update. They said she didn't choose him at the end ? She end up leave him and proud with her decision? Is it true?

Did his mom really hates him after she found out he was reincarnated? And blamed him for taking her son's life.?
If this is true... Man this is a major turn off ( ̄ε(# ̄)Σ

Yeah ( ̄Д ̄). I've read the novel to that point and rage quit a bit later in the story because the author was sticking to that narrative.
It goes down like this - He admits it to them in person before leaving on a multi-year training arc. Both his mom and dad were like "I wonder if he stole our son's body, what would he be like if Arthur wasn't there".
I'm so mad and sad because I was enjoying the series so much ┗( T﹏T )┛

It happens in ch 105 & 106 ( https://www.readlightnovel.org/the-beginning-after-the-end/chapter-105), I'm not sure about the future, I gave up reading it shortly after bc the author just moved on without any reflection as far as how Art felt about the situation ( ̄へ ̄)

Yes, his mother rejects him at first because there is the whole question of "what would my son have been like if you hadn't reincarnated into his body?" And "I gave birth to, nursed, and took care of a mentally fully developed thirty year old man." Which in my personal opinion is a totally valid reaction! It would have been weirder if they had instantly accepted it.
The reason Arthur never really reflects upon his parent's (mostly his mother's) rejection after he leaves is because it is so painful for him. They are after all a major reason he wishes to get stronger and even if they don't see him as their son anymore, they are the only family he has ever known and he is going to protect them. He does briefly reflect on the reason he decided to tell which is he wished to give them an out so they didn't have to stress themselves and worry about his safety anymore.
When he returns his father fully embraces him as his son. His mother admits she is going to try but that she still struggles with understanding exactly where King Grey and her son end and start. Later, later however his mother tells him that his parents came to the conclusion that the child Arthur and the man Arthur has grown to become are so vastly different that there is no way that they didn't somehow influence/raise him, therefore he's most definitely their son.
Ya'll have to remember that Arthur had to act and pretend to be weaker and more ignorant than he actually was to avoid questions. To learn that it was all a lie from the start has to be a shock and make you start questioning what else is a lie, i.e. his feelings towards them and how he views them. He was also quite calculating in his reactions and manners when he was younger and that was noticed by some.
People make the comparison of thinking you know someone, only to realize they're really living a double life. Arthur LITERALLY has lived twice, he has an entire history and world of stuff that his parents know next to nothing about.
So maybe give his poor mom some slack, huh? She comes around eventually, apologizes for her actions, and goes back to treating him normally and familiarly.
My pleasure! Reading everyone else's comments (not just on this thread) made me feel like I HAD to respond. All the comments I've read, so far, concerning future events make it seem so gloomy and hopeless when in reality it's not as simple as they're making it out to be ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
There are some truly epic triumphs in store as well as some gut wrenching heartbreaks (that, let's be honest, made me bawl like a baby), but that's what makes this story so good! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I respect everyone's opinion but for those who have some critism y cant yall tell it to the author on their twitter or any legal sites?
It's kinda distrupting for those who enjoy this manhwa.. Like ppl wanna know/read some theories or positive critism about each chpter. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ honestly... 90% of yaoi plot is about rape. What's new? Let's enjoy the art and the uke's beauty.
The death flag is everywhere but i dont't think death will fix everything. I trust Hirokishi with his writing but, how much pain does shoto need to endure if he finally forgive his father only when he's dead. That's just sad man. Regret is gonna be everywhere. Especially natsuo who's trying so hard to forgive n forget.
It wouldve been better if endeavor were shot with quirkless bullet. It's the death of the hero named endeavour but a new start to for a father named Enji. =')) at least they can finally be a real proper family.
Can you even imagine the mess the world would be in if Endeavor the hero disappear ? Who would be the number one ? No one strong enough exist yet, Hawks ? Not with his storyline. Best Jeanist ? HA !
The villain would have won and bye bye the happiness of ... anyone... for many years.
People can hate Endeavor but yikes I have a bad feeling about all this, I want those kids to be happy a bit longer not to be thrown into a world full of darkness (forget about them re-building their families, it would be the least important of their worries)
That was anticlimatic. ┐(´д`)┌
_(:з」∠)_ i dont trust the author. Im sure the "confession" will be interupted. Again.
